Fashion designer and clothing brand, Tommy Hilfiger exhibited their Fall Winter collection of 2024 at the New York Fashion Week held in the Grand Central Station. The event was attended by several great personalities and popular stars worldwide including A-listers such as Kelly Rutherford, Becky G, and Damson Idris. The show concluded with a performance by popular artist Jon Batiste. Tommy Hilfiger paid tribute to New York as a leading character in his journey to the design big-time as the city’s fashion week rolled on. The actress took it to her Instagram handle to share her chic look among her fans and followers and within a few hours the post became viral and the comment section was filled with praises and compliments from her fans. She captioned the post saying she had an amazing experience. The 36 hours were spent well in her favourite city along with an iconic location. She thanked the fashion designer and was grateful for the invitation as the show was fabulous.
Furthermore, she even added that she had fun at the event and wishes to rejoin the same event someday soon.
Coming to the attire, Sonam Kapoor opted for a stylish black pantsuit featuring an oversized blazer and baggy pants set to attend the fashion show. The outfit was spot on and blended well at the event as the Fall Winter Collection focused on the “Protection and Projection” theme that consisted of oversized coats, quilted jackets, and turtlenecks which reinforced the collection. The blazer featured notch lapel collars, double-breasted closure, padded shoulders, full-length sleeves, an open front, and an oversized silhouette, whereas the baggy pants had a flared fit with a high-rise waist.
Sonam styled the suit with a blue and white pinstriped shirt featuring a collared neckline. The shirt also highlighted full-length sleeves and front button closures. She tucked the shirt into her pants to point out the ensemble a put-together touch. She accessorized her look with a few statement brooches, stacked gold rings, earrings, and white loafers. Her tresses were styled neatly with centre-parted open locks, deep red shade lipstick, subtle eye shadow, sleek eyeliner, mascara on the lashes, rouge on the cheekbones, and feathered brows that served perfect contrast to the classy and glamorous outfit.
