Actress Sheetal Thakur Shares Adorable Pics of Her Baby Shower
Couple and parents-to-be, Sheetal Thakur and Vikrant Massey hosted a jungle-themed baby shower at their house, inviting some of their close friends and family. Earlier, the couple publicly announced that they were expecting their first child, and the couple recently arranged a fun-filled baby shower in their humble abode. Sheetal took to her Instagram handle to share snippets of the baby shower. She captioned the carousel with a cute text sharing her excitement on the path of becoming a parent. She wrote “Life’s about to get a whole lot cuter. Snippets from my baby shower.#hatchingsoon.”
The couple had previously announced their pregnancy via their Instagram handle earlier this year. The baby is expected to arrive in early 2024.
The duo proceeded with an intimate baby shower where actor Vikrant Massey wore a white formal suit and coupled it with a light pink shirt. In the carousel of photos, there is a photo of a baby shower cake with a ‘hatching soon’ tag on top of it. The delicious cake was made of chocolate with vanilla frosting. One of the decoration pieces included the ‘wishing tree for baby bowning’ and even some fun games for the fathers. One of the pictures shared contained the couple sharing a sweet kiss.
On the other hand, Actor Vikrant Massey’s latest movie ‘12th Fail’ was released in October 2023. The film was directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and tells the real-life story of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma. The protagonist of the film fails in the class 12th exam but sets foot on the journey towards becoming an IPS officer. The film features a young man who is from a Hindi medium school, a struggling teenager who embarks on a journey from a lawless Chambal village to the top echelons of the police force while tackling and crossing over several daunting roadblocks along the path. Vikrant, during an interview, shares his thoughts regarding the movie. He states that just like the character in the movie, he had to reshape and restart his career in acting, a few times. Vikrant even spoke about how he felt that his acting skills were being underutilized in the industry. He said that each one of us restarts from time to time cause Life is very placid and if that is not the case then there is something wrong. It is just how life is and how it goes on. “Zindagi me utaar chadhav hotein hai (life is filled with ups and downs), be it personally, professionally, or physically. You might restart your life at different times,” Vikrant Massey continued to say.
The pair, Sheetal Thakur and Vikrant Massey started dating each other back in 2015. They both have worked together in the web series backed by Ekta Kapoor, called Broken But Beautiful. Vikrant Massey is popularly known by characters played in Chhapak, Gaslight, and Haseen Dilruba movies.
