Ananya Makes International Runway Debut For Rahul Mishra
Ananya Panday makes her international runway debut with Rahul Mishra’s Parish Haute Couture Fashion Week Show. The gorgeous actor of the Indian film industry took the stage for fashion designer Rahul Mishra, showcasing the Couture Spring Collection 2024 collection – Superheroes – in Paris. Each piece of this collection was inspired by the insect kingdom, specifically the ones that are on the verge of extinction and are endangered. This collection also showcases the challenges of our ‘whole conditioning/education towards how we treat insects & feel the emotions otherwise coming from a primal notion of fear.’ Coming to Ananya Panday, the designer dressed her up in a kaleidoscopic short dress highlighting and featuring ethereal elements and a shimmering silhouette. The dress was an innovative dress featuring a giant sphere decked with butterflies.
With the actor’s debut on an International runway platform, she has created a lot of buzz on social media platforms. She debuted at the ongoing Paris Haute Couture Week 2024 for Rahul Mishra. She walked down the ramp in an iridescent couture look from Rahul Mishra’s Superheroes collection, which is an ode to highlight the significance of insects in our biodiversity. Her fans and netizens praised and congratulated the actor by uploading her ramp video on several social media sites. Celebrity stylist Tanya Ghavri congratulated her by saying, “Hello baby girl, welcome to the world of couture.” Similarly, one of her friends Orry wrote, “Storming International Runways.” One of the followers praised her ramp walk while several others congratulated her on her international debut.
Coming to the features and styling of the dress, Ananya’s haute couture look for Rahul Mishra’s Paris show features a mini-length dress decked in shimmering gold, black, and white sequins. It comes with a strapless silhouette, a plunging slit on the front, a figure-hugging silhouette accentuating her enviable frame, and a plunging back design. The couture ensemble also features a large sphere enveloped with shimmering and glittery butterflies. The sphere is see-through which the actor, Ananya held at the ends while walking down the runway.
To complete the haute couture look, Ananya styled it with statement gold earrings and black peep-toe high heels. Lastly, she chose smudged red eye shadow, darkened brows, winged eyeliner, mascara on lashes, a dewy blushed glow, a black manicure matching the dress, nude pink lip shade, and a center-parted pulled-back neatly combed bun to add the final touch to the look.
Coming to her professional life, Ananya Panday recently acted in the film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, directed by Arjun Varain Singh. Along with Ananya, the film cast also consisted of Siddhant Chaturvedi, Adarsh Gourav, and Kalki Koechlin. Her upcoming projects include Control and The Untold Story of C Sankaran Nair. She will also be seen in a show called Call Me Bae.
The gorgeous actor is the daughter of Chunky Panday and Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives star Bhavana. She stepped into the world of acting with her debut movie Student of The Year 2 which got released in the year 2019. Later on, she starred in various other movies such as Dream Girl 2 alongside Ayushmann Khurana, Pati Patni Aur Woh with Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar, Khaali Peeli with Ishaan Khatter, and Gehraiyaan with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She also starred in a South Indian film Liger alongside actor Vijay Deverakonda.
